Looking for a worry free remodeling or home improvement experience?
We have been in the construction
business for over 32 years. My crew and I are dedicated to our work.
Responsible, honest, hard working people who care about customer satisfaction and will
do our best to live up to our reputation of quality service. We stand behind our
work to give you more value for your money.
Located in Arizona City, Arizona,
serving Casa Grande, Eloy, Coolidge, Florence and Pinal County. We are currently offering
home improvement, remodel and repair, as well as heating and air conditioning
(HVAC) services. We also offer door,
millwork , CNC panel
routering, custom cabinet manufacturing
and custom home builder services on our lot or
yours. Click on any of the links above to find out more.
The first question many people
ask is "What will it cost?". In order to arrive at a realistic
budget, please take a look at Remodeling Magazine's 'Remodeling
Cost vs. Value' report for 2011-12 for the Phoenix area. It shows average
costs for common remodeling projects. For common repair costs go to our home improvement, remodel and repair
page.
We do not have a
sales division nor do we use any high pressure tactics to obtain jobs. We
provide free "estimates" (guesstimate / ballpark)
based on information provided to us over the phone, email or other methods that
do not require us to visit the home or jobsite. Bids, however, require a detailed cost analysis
using sophisticated computer programs, requiring jobsite measurements and consultations
with the owner. Ultimately the bid will form the 'scope of work' that will be used
in the contract. The costs of this service can be credited back
when we begin the work. These rates
can be found here.
